Social Network Assessment for Adult Protective Services (SNAAPS), version 1.0: A Network Canvas Data Collection Instrument

Developed with Adult Protective Services stakeholders, SNAAPS is an interviewer-administered assessment that maps older adults' personal and service networks to surface support, financial involvement, conflict, contact, formal services, and patterns of network structure. The protocol provides an example of combining a local service-provider roster, successive name generators, ordinal and categorical bins, and sociograms to support assessment, case planning, referrals, and interdisciplinary communication.
